One adult is allowed inside the play area per child.
How will I get booking confirmation?
After your payment, you will receive booking confirmation over an email as well as a WhatsApp msg - similar to BookMyShow. You can show any of these to gain entry at the venue.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
You can cancel your booking anytime and we will process full refund. You can visit "My Accounts" section on our website or drop us a msg over WhatsApp on 9354346834 to process the same.
If you haven't visited, you won't be charged. For example, if you booked and couldn't visit, you can come back later to cancel or reschedule. We will still process a 100% refund.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can reschedule your booking any number of times even after your original booking date is past. Please drop us a message over WhatsApp at 9354346834 for the same.
Is there any age restriction?
Children of all ages are welcome; however, some play areas and trampolines may have age restrictions. We recommend checking the details of the specific play areas and trampolines on our website.
Can I bring my own food or beverage?
Outside food and drinks are not allowed, but all the trampoline park and Playareas have a café on-site offering snacks, beverages, and meals. If you have specific dietary restrictions, please inform staff at cafe.

Yes, we have trained staff and first aid kits available for any emergencies. Our staff is trained in basic first aid and can assist in case of minor injuries.
Can Parents accompany child for free?
For trampoline parks, parents can sit in the cafe area free of cost while kids enter and enjoy in the jumping area.
